IE8 Compatibility is a plugin that automatically activates the Compatibility View Internet Explorer 8 so that your website can be viewed correctly even if it is not optimized for IE 8 IE / 9. Simply install it via the admin interface and activate it.
This plugin enables the compatibility mode of Internet Explorer. It does not solve all the problems of display and just use a different rendering engine to your website.
