GS Ticket System is based on WATS - WebAmoeba Ticket System. It is written completely on MVC principle and was developed in Joomla! 1.5.9. Better to play around with both GSTS and WATS to find what you are really need. It has the beta status, cause nobody has been tested it yet. It is my first PHP project. The Pseudoshop aims to provide a form based inquiry/order workflow.
Often sites with frequent requests from users require more than just one text field.
Restaurants might ask for a date and number of people for a reservation, customer support could require a telephone number, your local newspaper the type of ad one wants to place. Even your small business might not require a webshop with product catalog - a simple order form might do it.
You define your datafields to create a form, optionally upload your own xhtml output file or eMail template, and the most basic setup is ready. Requests are stored in a database and can be edited in the backend. A customizable workflow (new, pending, canceled etc) is included, and the default output is even xhtml conform.You can define as many forms as you want, and provide a direct menu item, or a form-browser layout for your frontend.
