An Easy-to-use and functional component that organizes Mass Mailing Newsletters.

JoomSuite Mass Mail uses Joomla´s core content to create newsletters. With this component, you can choose different content items from different categories (one or a few) to send to your customers. This approach has 3 main  advantages.

  1. If you do not want your newsletters to be visible in the front-end, you can create a section and category for the newsletters and save them in this location. The next step is to avoid creating a public link to this section. If there is no public link, then no user will have access to the newsletters
  2. You can later on a create public link and allow your visitors to read newsletter history as a blog
  3. You can add to the newsletter any content from any section. For example, you may add to the newsletter any article from the News section (one article, a few or the entire section). Therefore, there is no need to duplicate your content. All you need to do is to select the content that you wish to send in the newsletter.

Of course, it also allows you

  • To append and prepend text
  • Set subject
  • Edit dynamically formed letter text
  • Set format (text/html)
  • Set filters
  • Set Sending parameters
Want to know more about the sending options? You can specify the amount to be sent and their time interval. For example, you can send 10 letters every 10 minutes. This helps to avoid spam problems.
